Melissa has spent nearly three decades working with associations — starting as a dedicated staff receptionist with a statewide association and rising to contract chief staff executive roles overseeing finance, governance, operations, membership, meeting planning and more for statewide, national and international organizations. She holds an MBA in nonprofit administration from Walden University and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
In 2019, she founded MMM Management as a boutique practice — taking on a deliberately small docket of clients so each one gets the attention a full‑time hire would give, without the overhead.
